I suggest you make sure Barfoot and Thompson instruct the tenants that the Fixed Term WON'T BE RENEWED at the end of the time. Make sure B&F give the tenants plenty of notice of this.

Clean the house once they vacate.

Sell the house.

Invest in something else.
