cross lease and body corp

Hi. I have a unit under cross lease title. What is the responsibility of the body corp to fix and what is responsibilty that landlord to fix. Do the have to fix all external component ie doors or Windows

A cross-lease title doesn't have a body corporate. It has a landlord...which is all of the owners together. Your registered cross-lease will set out the responsibilities of the landlords vs the individual title tenants....do you have a copy of that?

Typically doors and windows of your house will be your responsibility, but not always....so do check the lease.

It's a terrace type housing

Check with the bodycorp. Each body corp has it's rules on these things.

Also are you sure it's body corp? usually terrace housing are under unit title.
