maybe 25%? of income spent on vices is spent wisely?
if you need hard data before you can come to conclusions
why not lobby for a study?
i can even suggest a snappy title
"how much can the poor spend on vices before it negatively affects the health of their children"
can't see the wood
as no study has been presented on the treesLast edited by eri; 29-07-2014, 08:00 PM.have you defeated them?

"Children living in poverty are those who experience deprivation of the material resources
and income that is required for them to develop and thrive, leaving such children unable
to enjoy their rights, achieve their full potential and participate as equal members of
New Zealand society"
hand on heart
tell me
limits on your parents income
didn't place limits on your development
certainly did mine
is there anything there on vices?
i couldn't find it
don't tell me no one is studying it
as no one thinks it a problem!Last edited by eri; 29-07-2014, 08:19 PM.have you defeated them?

Why doesn't it cover all properties?
I know a couple who live in their own home that is poorly insulated and heated and the baby suffers because of it.
Should they not be forced to insulate and heat for the sake of the children?
