Watched the video.. most of the stuff seems to be rubbish and dirt.. stuff easily cleaned up/off so don't call the place trashed ( as in destroyed) What's worse a few months ago I was called in by a LL who looked after his own properties. He wanted us to let the property for him but insisted he could manage it himself. The property, which was still occupied by the tenants, looked as disgusting as the place in the video. We told him that they place has to been cleaned up, wall/ doors repaired, curtains replaced and other hung properly, ripped nets either removed or replaced, carpet cleaned, leaking guttering and down pipes and windows repaired, over grown lawns/ gardens tidied and the swimming pool, which was not use but 1/3 of rain water and muck sorted out. Well the owner said he'd sort it out. A month later he called us back . The tenants had left but he'd replace them with some friends of the tenants so place was still occupied. NO work has been done to it and it still bore a lot of similarities to that 'trashed' place. We told him that if the place was not cleaned. tidied and repaired were were not interested in even renting it for him. He still was insisting that he could manage it himself. We walked away from it. Place was a $600 +pwk house in a good area. He kept renting it to groups of young Indian men.
