    I've always thought the whole thing about overseas landlords was over-blown. IMHO, they're a short term phenomenon.

    if OS LLs accept lower yields than locals

    then they would appear part of the solution

    not the problem

    i am used to the left demanding

    that laws be changed in a belief that this will enable them to have their cake AND eat it

    but it seems new that they also want others to pay for it too!
