wow, scary stuff, maybe should have run tenant screening and would have known tenant was ex slaughterman before letting him rent the house. Not long ago a landlord stabbed the tenant. Now it's tenant stabbing the landlord.

Well! Obviously the murder scene was over two rooms. I wonder, where in the body of a landlord would one find a "living room" and why would it be fatal?

    Well, I'm pretty safe because:

    1) I do my tenancy checks properly
    2) I don't buy in South Auckland

Gosh, it is some scary thing. I feel sorry for a landlord, he needed to do a proper screening before renting it out to an ex manslaughter. I am glad that at least they locked him up for good now.
