Default would you like "cattle" with that Apartment??

hahahaha seen today on Trademe http://www.trademe.co.nz/property/re...-557774676.htm

"The apartment includes all furniture ,chattels and sundries pack (cattle, toaster, radio-alarm, hairdryer, iron and ironboard, lid bins, kitchen utensils, etc). "

How many apartments have you seen that comes with cattle?

I was having a look on trade me for some ideas for a friend in NZ and was horrified at the spelling and grammar in almost every ad. I know I'm not perfect, but really! Most of it was from rental agencies.
Not saying Australia is any better, but I haven't looked here.

Or the weird stories, which make the seller (usually an agent) sound as if they are on another planet, sometimes making no sense at all.. sometimes it makes agents appear to be societies rejects.

Good that I know a few knowledgeable, hard working agents that post easy to understand, informative and showing actual pictures of the property, rather than external pictures for which are used for every property in that building.

Cattle is expensive, maybe Andy thought he may earn Ray White a few extra dollars if the seller thought there were cattle involved..
