What are Auck land lords doing to pass on tenants water usage bills?

I am planning to do this, as it is hard to get tenant to pay. Just increase rent and then advertise as water included.

we pay the water usage bill and the PM do the calculation according to the invoice and then charges the tenant separately.

I do the same and it works fine for all my tenancies.
