No permission to edit Profile?

Hi guys,

I have read the sticky thread in this forum pertaining to this, but it seems a different forum software is now being used and the options are different.

I followed the link at Forum Actions > Edit Profile but it says I do not have permission to access this page now. I get the same error when I try to go to Forum Actions > General Settings. I also can't post links - I assume this requires a certain amount of posts or approval of an Admin to counteract spammers, so this is understand.

Just wondering if I have to qualify by having a certain amount of posts first?
