No he sold a house from a overheated market and went closer to a mortgage free strategy in a different market. Weather he knows it or not quite a move.

which is a 1,000 times bigger than a megaton

which is the unit used for nuclear weapons

so if auckland got 12

the energy released would be equivalent to 1 million? hiroshimas
