Yep the US system is much fairer. They do not have the same "catch and release" policy that our prison system/legal system operates.

Bob Kane, I think it is quite opposite. Bad guys are on the streets in the US:-) The jail is full of people who got incarcerated for drug crimes (smoking marijuana, for instance). But with legalizing marijuana for recreational use in CO and WA, it is the possibility other states will join in as well.
