My uncle was selling his property he contacted with an real estate agent to sell the property instantly, agent had taken the commission before starting work and he didn't work. Five months have been passed still agent isn't working on selling property, now my uncle really don't want to sell property with the help of agent and want to get money back from him so how can he take money back. Is there any legally way to take money back?

No my uncle didn't sign any documents actually he is uncle's friend also but now he is disturbing that's why uncle decided to take money back from him.
