Selling own property within trading entity

Hi everyone. Would anyone have any advice regarding selling your own property within a trading trust rather than using an agent. ie. purchase - renovate -onsell yourself. Would this require becoming a registered salesperson and sitting real estate papers? Appreciate any thoughts.

Thanks. Planning to start trading in 12-18mths time but wasnt sure about the selling requirements as it will be a business, not your usual strictly private sale and intend it to be ongoing, not just a one-off sale. So , just so I'm clear- as I intend to settle on each property before on-selling , I am not legally required to be an REA to do so? Am I not acting as an agent to my own company or trading trust? Look forward to hearing your reply.

You don't need to be a REA to buy and sell property......why would you?? that would be silly

If you start doing stuff that is covered under the Act, then you're treading on dangerous ground and asking for trouble.
