Default If my tenants rental contract ends in Nov. How much notice do I have to give them?

I am a first time home owner, and I got some tenants and signed them to a 6month contract. I am intending to move into the house and renovate it. The tenants have been good so far so I don't want to be unfair to them, so how much notice do I have to give them that the contract will not be extended?

    Thanks
    Chris

No more than 90 days and no less than 21 days notice must be given to end a fixed term agreement

Since you are moving in to live in the property, you need to give the tenants a minimum of 42 days notice.

Keys owes Spaceman 17 pints of lager, a packet of cheese & onion crisps and a free all expenses paid trip to Opiki in the middle of potato picking season.

You all read it here....must be true as well

Good god! Don't rely on the lease agreement. AT and GT have referred to the Residential Tenancies Act.
