Every country has its own rules. But in my point of view driving needs a concentration. Not only you but many others are on risk because of you while you drive. So any thing that drives away your attention should be banned and must be avoided by the people. You can disagree to my point because it is my personal opinion.

The dilemma there is just what constitutes "any thing?"

      • Advertising hoardings along the roadside?
      • People conversing inside the car?
      • The car radio/music player?
      • A breath-taking panorama along the way?
      • Eating and/or drinking?
      • Dogs/children in car

      Should pedestrians be banned?
