Yep, Adrienne's great, the best valuer I've used so far. However, if you are using the valuation for lending purposes, make sure you check with your bank what their procedures are. Banks are now moving towards selecting the valuer themselves due to dodgy over-inflated valuations coming back. However, if you can use Adrienne, she does an excellent job.
