  • Quicken for Mac

    Hi all,

Just interested to hear if anyone has used, or continues to use Quicken for Mac, to keep track of their finances etc. If so, how do you find it? It appears that most of the software out there is not Apple Mac compatible!

I currently have 3 properties (1 PPOR, 2 IP), however I'm anticipating buying another every 6-12 Months initially, so just need a capability to allow me to keep track of the comings and goings. The properties are shortly to be put into a trust.

I'd also be interested if anyone has any good property evaluation software for a Mac. While I currently use an Excel spreadsheet, and it seems to do what I want, I'm just curious as to whether there's anything else wrath a try.

Thanks in advance, all the best,

    Dugster

Google Docs (I think that's what it is called) might be something to look into? It has spreadsheets and everything online, so you don't have to worry about downloading a programme. Not sure if that is the type of things you're after or not though?

Not really any help. but I use Quicken
on windoze for the type of thing you
describe. Has always worked well, for
me. However, it took me a while to get
the annual reports right for taking to
the accountant. I ended up paying
a Quicken Consultant to help me with
that, while getting an upgrade, at
      the same time.
