It might be the number of posts. Maybe once you get past a certain number, then you can add a signature?

Just re logged in under my
other name and found
I could edit my signature.

Well, i go to the bar at the top "New Posts, Private messages, FAW, Calander, Community, Forum Action, Quick Links" I then go into Forums action and go to change signature, and it says I do not have permission to do it.

I think you need to Personal Message one of the mods or administrators, as something obviously wrong with your profile.

Try now, WaterfrontNZ - you were stuck in a group that doesn't allow signatures even though you should have been moved out of it automatically on 10 posts.
