I have bought a brand new house and moved in about 10 days back. Now I found there have no landline connected to this new house. Vodafon's tachnician came and checked, finally told me there still have around 50M distance from the phone network point to my house.
My question being:
1) Is this the builder's duty to pay any charge for connecting the landline if there have any?
2) Whom should I contact with? Vodafon? Citycouncil or anyone else? I really crazy for this unexpected problem.
Is there anyone have the same experience?
