Gotlieb, a former president of the Criminal Bar Association, said current bail laws, which were revised in 2001, were already robust and gave judges the power to impose strict bail conditions such as electronic bail, when offenders are confined to their house.
We just want the judges to deny the bad bastards bail instead of letting them go free while waiting for their endlessly delayed court appearances.
So how do the judges tell who is a bad bastard?
If a judge with 20 years experience in court can't work that one out then that judge isn't worthy of the job.
