Are there any Kiwis (or perhaps Aussies too) out there living in Australia with rental properties in NZ that are making a loss, and this loss is carried over to their salaries in Oz?
I heard that you can't offset the losses on your salary if the property is owned through a company.... but CAN be done if the property is owned in your own name. Can anyone confirm this please?
