Clendon little cross lease sites, one that I bought in 2010 for 190k is now valued at 338k.
The box's you could get for 170k are around the 280k.
So for all the grief that I took and going against the grain of many so called experts, I dont think I can complain.
Tenants can be a little up and down and give the property manager a bit of grief and maintenance can be a tad higher, but overall I think its doing well.
The airport and manukau city area's are booming economically so this supports regional housing.
