Default Options for the First Time Buyer…

With the Government making another desperate attempt to curb irresponsible lending, they have dealt another lethal blow to the already ailing, where the salary multiplier has reduced to 3 time salary for new mortgages.

With the First Time Buyer already struggling to imagine EVER becoming a home owner in the foreseeable future, they do have options available to them, with Probate Property!

Probate Property is NOT just for the Savvy investor, as a buying technique, it offers ANYONE the ability to negotiate a very good discount on a property, which would ordinarily be out of their reach.

It does require a little more homework of course, but then when you could be achieving between 30% and 60% in some cases BMV, then the extra effort is most definitely worth it.

First of all, you must know yourself - your plans for the next few years, your occupation, your lifestyle and other factors that may affect your choice of residence.

Yeah. You need to predict how your future would be and only then you should make plans and decisions

    Future prediction gets sometimes necessary.
