I run a database (Personal Reference NZ Ltd) of poor tenants (as well as other riff-raff). Registering poor tenants is a free service I offer. If you would like to pass on my number or email (0800 733 376, [email protected]) to you contacts with tenants that owe them money I can send them the relevant paperwork to complete.
With a bit of luck they may even get some of their money back, too!

Yes, it is. Bans can be for a specific period, or permanent. Casting aspersions upon,
or ridiculing, PT Mods is a good way to test out the options for the perpetrator[s].
The should-be-obvious point is - of course - if you don't like the way the Property
Talk Forum is run, do the decent thing and just go away and never return, under
any username at all.
