Rolf you don't need gas. It just use hot water through it. You can use your electric hot water heater. The trouble is that it just cost more to run than gas.

Can you revisit your calculations for the cooling/heating load again. For a 10m2 bedroom you calculation seems to suggest 12kW cooling/heating unit. To be conservative maybe 250-300W/m2?
